Anti-Harassment and Abuse Policy

CQ Pet Rescue Inc. has a strict anti-harassment and abuse policy. Examples of behaviours that may be regarded as harassment, rudeness or abuse include (but are not limited to):

• Ridicule and put downs
• Leaving offensive messages on the CQ Pet Rescue Facebook or Instagram groups, email or the telephone
• Persistent and unjustified criticisms
• Threats to hurt, shoot or maim any animal
• Humiliating a person through sarcasm, criticism and insults
• Spreading gossip or false, malicious rumours about a volunteer, with the intent to cause harm
• Rudeness towards people stating facts and trying to help

In the event that you are made to feel uncomfortable about a situation on our Facebook or Instagram groups, whether it affects you directly, or indirectly, please forward your complaint to the group admins.

Anyone who breaks our rules will be banned, and will not be given the opportunity to rejoin.
